Isabel Tamen
General Manager
Isabel trained as a dancer at both the Gulbenkian Ballet School in Lisbon and at the London Contemporary Dance School. She was a founder member of Images Dance Company (1986-88), a dancer with London Contemporary Dance Theatre (1988-94) and a founder member of the Richard Alston Dance Company (1994-99). Isabel has also performed with the Henri Oguike Dance Company. In April 1999 she retrained into arts management under the supervision of Tim Tubbs and joined Independance (London Independent Management Agency) supported by London Arts. Isabel was Sakoba's Education Officer (2000-02) and has been responsible for all management of HODC since 1999. She recently accepted a position on the Hextable Dance Board.

Jenny Hammond
Tour Manager / Education Officer Jenny graduated with a BA Honours in Dance from the University of Chichester in 2006. Since graduating she has gained work experience in a variety of arts organisations, including Smart Audiences, DanceArts UK, Union Dance and Robert Hylton Urban Classicism. During this time she has also been teaching dance and working towards qualifications with the IDTA. Jenny began a work placement with HODC in Spring 2007 and joined their management team in January 2008.

Production Manager
Stephen graduated with a BA Honours in Stage Management from the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama in 2002. He primarily works in touring dance and theatre but also freelances for outdoor events, television and opera. Stephen has worked with Henri and some members of the company for the past three years on an annual summer project with National Youth Dance Wales. He also works for the National Youth Theatre Wales which through the production of a large scale touring theatre piece incorporates the training of backstage students. Stephen has recently toured the contemporary opera House of the Gods with Music Theatre Wales and worked on productions with From Here to Maturity, Hijinx, Sgript Cymru, Theatr na n'Og and Unicorn Theatre. This will be Stephen's second touring season with HODC as a Production Manager.

Ryan Evans
Touring Technician
Ryan is a graduate of the RWCMD. He has worked with: The Wales Theatre Company, Theatr Na nOg, Volcano, Edinburgh Fringe, Script Cymru and The Sherman. In 2004 Ryan left to go overseas for 2 years to Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia. During his year in NZ he worked with Nelson City Council Special Events Team stage managing The Cusp New Years Eve event, assisted with the summer theatre festival, Opera in the park (South Island). He also co-ordinated phase 1 & 2 of The Great New Zealand Trek. NZ is a significant place for Ryan. During his year there he managed to completely change his way of life and achieved a weight loss of 7 stone, which enabled him to successfully run in the Sydney Marathon. Recently, Ryan has continued his passion for fitness and has completed a master trainer course in Javea Spain with the Australian Institute of Fitness. He is now a qualified Personal Trainer specialising in weight loss. Ryan's next goal is to incorporate working in theatre, events and personal training specifically related to weight loss. Ryan is pleased to be working with HODC for the first time and is looking forward to future projects.
