Established in April 2002 following an Easter course at Studio Theatre, London, H2O was set up as HODC's sister dance company.
H2O members were graduates from dance schools such as LABAN and London Contemporary Dance School. The six electric dancers have tackled Henri Oguike's distinctive and unique style with exceptional flare.
H2O plays a pivotal role in HODC's educational work by assisting with workshops and residencies. H2O take part in HODC's company class, workshops and observe rehearsals, thereby developing their teaching and performing skills. Some performers have been selected to join the main company as apprentice dancers.
In Spring 2004 the company embarked on their first village hall tour throughout Suffolk, funded by DanceEast and The Esmee Fairbairn Foundation.
